Bay Bay Sanity

Another production from the TMU Blog has arrived! This time it's not a standard Blog Track, and not a track made for a contest. Instead, it's the result of a contest - a form of community track, but not an ordinary one!

A while ago, a contest was held by the TMU Blog, called the Five Into One contest, an idea by Alcator. The goal was for anyone interested to build a 15 second long part of a track in a limited area. Five of the submissions were then chosen and put together to form one longer track. Beforehand, no one knew whether his part would be selected as the beginning or the end of the track, or as one of the three parts in between.

The result of this contest: An excellent five-builder community track! Here are those who have a part included in the track:

Additionally, Alcator himself played a big part in the construction of Bay Bay Sanity, as he was the one to choose the submissions and the order of placement. Also, he is the one who has done the MT work and some additional scenery to make the track look better. Alcator has done a great job putting the track together, so thank you Alcator

This was a fun competition. Tricky to fit much into 15 seconds in the small amount of space we have and still keep it open to changes in height that were needed to be able to piece together the final track. I haven't seen the completed track yet, but will try to check it out in a day or two. Congrats to all and thanks to jonzii and alcator for making it happen.

still cant play tmu, but as i was kinda betatesting the track in its last steps, i can rate the track for sure if i remember things right

whats goin on, does noone download the track?
this is a really cool track made by an amazing idea

a really original idea whic i didnt believe that this all could come true in one track with smooth jumps and an overall good speed

th mt work is pretty good, especially the outro got me for some reason

the single track parts all got some nice ideas and look really good to each other
* siverts start section with the buggy looking, but perfectly working jump in the loop
* scott mc's part with the nice race on the building
* marius part with the platform part and the smooth jumps and transitions
* insanes superb angled jumps that are pretty challenging,
*kendus part, with the looping, platform and a well-fitting antibooster and a superb finish

it all fits in well to one superb track
sure its not easy to drive , but as it is now in the daymood, i think you can handle this

shame on all of you who havent awarded the track !

I really enjoyed this one

Not too hard also for noobs like me, fast and fun!
The only thing I don't really like is the first loop... pretty buggy
The part I enjoyed most was the Marius part, with the nice looping, great curves and super smoothness
